Work NC DENTAL is Hexagon`s advanced CAM software, designed for the automated production of dental restorations. It offers an easy-to-use, intuitive interface, enabling the milling of crowns, bridges, implants, and frameworks from various materials without the need for advanced CAM knowledge. The software supports automatic nesting for all restoration types, including collision control, an implant module, and a module for pre-prepared restorations.

Key features and benefits of WORKNC DENTAL:
Automation and ease of use: Guides the user step-by-step through the entire process, from material selection, restoration placement, and support fabrication to milling.
High performance and precision: Utilizes proven milling algorithms, ensuring high surface quality and optimized processing time.
Applications: Enables the production of anatomical crowns, bridges, inlays, bars, custom veneer abutments, telescopic crowns, and implant-supported structures.
Versatility: Supports materials such as zirconium oxide, titanium, cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr), PMMA, wax, and composites.
Safety: Features advanced collision control for tool paths with workpiece geometry, fixtures, and the machine.
Material optimization: Automatic nesting minimizes waste and reduces material costs.
Open system: Software works with most standard, open-source milling machines for 3-5 axes.
The software for our machines has been optimized by the manufacturer. It features a fixture interface for a specific model, separate operating modes depending on the restoration being manufactured and the technology used (wet/dry). Manufacturing strategies are offered for all types of work, optimally utilizing the capabilities of the machine and tools. The installation package includes a complete library of implant abutments.
